1. General Terms and Conditions

By using the Coastlinetrips application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings must be made through the Coastlinetrips app or website. Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or other specified methods. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due prior to the start of your trip.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within seven to ten business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note, any non-refundable fees, such as processing or transaction fees, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• Cancellations made up to thirty (30) days before the start date are eligible for a full refund, provided they fall outside the peak period. However, rescheduling may be an option.
• Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and twenty-nine (29) days before the start date will receive a 50% refund, also subject to being outside the peak period. However, rescheduling may be an option also.
• Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, rescheduling may be an option if the booking falls outside the peak period.
• Refunds are not processed during peak periods. Please contact our support team to confirm if your booking period falls within the peak period.
• In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to our support team to discuss potential alternatives, including rescheduling.

4. Caution Fee Policy

• A caution fee is collected at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning required during your stay. This fee is fully refundable, provided that no damages or excessive cleaning are necessary after checkout.
• After checkout, your caution fee will be reviewed, and any deductions for damages or additional cleaning will be communicated to you. The remaining balance will be refunded within two to five business days.
• Please ensure to treat the property with care and report any damages or issues immediately during your stay to facilitate a smooth refund process.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

At Coastlinetrips, your safety is our priority, and we take necessary precautions, including providing life jackets and emergency support in case of any boat accident. However, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during your trips. We encourage all guests to take personal precautions and ensure the safety of their belongings. While we work with trusted partners, we cannot guarantee the availability or quality of third-party services. We urge you to stay informed and vigilant during your trips.

6. User Conduct

We kindly ask all users to enjoy their trips respectfully and responsibly. To ensure a great experience for everyone, any misconduct, such as vandalism, theft, or disruptive behavior, may lead to the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Let’s work together to keep the experience fun and safe for all!

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking and use of our services will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Coastlinetrips reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our app, website and social pages. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
